I was just trying to help you.

A: Is this your idea of helping? 너 이거 돕는답시고 그러는거야?

Is that your idea of cleaning? 그걸 지금 청소라고 하는거야?

Is this your idea of food? 이걸 먹으라고 만든거니? / Am I supposed to eat this? 나 이거 먹어야 되는 거야? 나보고 이걸 먹으라고? 

 

B: What? I'm sweeping.

A: You call that sweeping? 그걸 쓰는거라고 하는거야? / You call that food/cooking? 그걸 음식이라고 만든거니?

B: Well, I never said I was good at it. / I never claimed to be good at it.  내가 잘한다고 주장한 적 없어.

I'm trying though. That's what matters, right?

 

A: Fine. (마지 못해 괜찮다는..) I don't mind the company actually. So..

- I don't mind the company. 그래. 너가 있어서 심심하지는 않아서 좋네..

(We got the company. 여기 우리만 있는거 아니거든)

B: Great! So, this will be my way of helping you. 이게 나름대로 널 돕는거야.

This is my way of making friends. 이게 내 나름 친구만드는 방식이야.

open up (to) ~ : ~에게 마음을 열다   <-> lose interest in 마음을 닫다, 정이 떨어지다

Give her a chance, That may be her way of opening up to people. 한번 기회를 줘봐, 그게 그녀가 사람들에게 마음을 여는 방식일 지도 모르잖아?

 

That's probably their way of telling you that they want you to just take care of everything.

(돌려 말하는 방식..) 너보고 다 알아서 하라는 것 같은데
